    Hi,

I have no idea why my own IP address is being blacklisted from my own website.

    https://prntscr.com/10tdem8

    Using incognito mode on Chrome.

It is even whitelisted in SpamTalk and it is still happening.

It only stops if I disable the plugin.

This has never taken place before.

Please advise how to fix this.

    Thanks

Also, I need to check if Anti Spam affects my CDN?

Because it is getting a lot of forbidden issues:

    Please advise.

I have had to disable the plugin for this to work.

    This is a major issue.

    Can someone reply?

    Hello, @indyparker

Do you get the Anti-Crawler blocking screen only in incognito mode? Are you redirected on your website after 3 seconds?

Make note, it’s normal to see the Anti-Crawler blocking screen in incognito mode. The feature reads the cookie, if there is no cookie set – you get the block. Incognito mode has no cookies set.

If you don’t want your visitors to see the Anti-Crawler screen in incognito mode, disable the Anti-Crawler option:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/anti-flood-and-anti-crawler

It is even whitelisted in SpamTalk and it is still happening.

It takes some time to update the personal lists. Please, press the button “Synchronize with cloud” in plugin settings to update your personal lists immediately.

WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Antispam by CleanTalk

Also, I need to check if Anti Spam affects my CDN?

The Anti-Spam plugin is fully compatible with CDN and we haven’t received reports yet about such problems. I can only recommend you to disable the plugin and check if the issue still persists.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

I get it in incognito and on another browser. I have switched the anti-crawler off in the settings.

What I do not understand is why has this started to happen this week? It has been working fine before?

I disabled the CleanTalk plugin. And the CDN worked fine, started to optimize posts.

So, do what do I need to make sure this is working again for the Nitropack?

    Please advise.

    Please, do the following steps:

Probably, the problem has started due to some caching issue.

    1. Please, try to refresh website’s cache.

    2. Add the following IP addresses of Nitropack in your SpamFireWall Whitelist:
    https://support.nitropack.io/hc/en-us/articles/360062911873-IP-Whitelisting

    The guide:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/blacklist-usage

    3. Press the button “Synchronize with cloud” in plugin settings to synchronize the plugin with cloud.

    Did it help?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

I’ve added the IP’s to the dashboard and sync’d it.

So, let’s see. It will most likely take a little time.

    Regards,
    Indi
