    Hi ?? !

I’m using WP User Front End Pro and WPMU Dev Membership Pro. I’ve created my own sign up page with WPUF with a lot of custom fields. Now that I have Membership Pro, I would like to use my custom sign up page instead of the Membership Pro one.

In fact, I want that my users sign up normally, without choosing any level (so without the need of Membership plugin). When they are registered, they have a link on the website if they want to ugrade their level… But only if they are registered…

How can i do that ?

    Hi Tom !

Unfortunately, my support time is over on WPMU Dev. And I don’t want to pay the monthly subscription only for one question… And here is a free support for the free version of membership… So you can answer my question for the free version ??

    Thank you ?? !

Probably the easiest way to do this is to create a “Free” access level and set this to be the default access level given to strangers and new sign ups. That way the user will not need to pick a subscription level when they sign up.

    Hi and thank you !

I have some difficulties to understand how to use this plugin.

So I have my own custom registration page. When users registered on my website, they automatically receive the “Free” acces level.
Then I need a page where a registered user can choose to go through the Pro level (only the Pro or stay as he is), and the payment page.

In my case, the members with Pro level will be able to see 1 or 2 page that other people can’t and will be able to see some hidden content on a public page.

Could you guide me in the process of doing that ?

    Thank you very much !

    Hello there @cedric.charles,
First you’ll have to configure your access levels so that the free level doesn’t allow access to you premium pages and whatever other rules you want.
Then, you’ll have to create subscription levels and assign prices and access levels to them according to your use case.
Once you do, you can create you register page and when visitors go there they’ll be able to update their account.

You haven’t replied in a couple of weeks.

If the problem is solved then could you please mark the thread as resolved? If not then please restate your problem so we can further assist.
