My page does not appear in config

  • Hello, I’m having connection problems, I’ve already made the chat settings on my facebook page, but when I try to connect it, only another page appears, which is not my website, how can I make it connect with the correct page ?

  • I have this same problem.

    Also. When a customer tries to contact me from my Fan Page by messenger, I never get any push notification, I verify all settings in my business profile but all option is set up as On/Available/Enable etc.
