My page shows multiple title tags

Upon checking the page source of the URL you have shared, we do see that it still has multiple <title> tags outputting, which we believe might be generated by your theme or by another plugin.

Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty.

Please test this on your development or staging site if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.

Cool, do let us know how it goes.

Just to note, I installed Zeever as a theme in a local site with Yoast SEO, and I could reproduce, whereas with other full site editing themes I can’t replicate this issue. This looks very specific to Zeever, so I’d recommend to reach out to the Zeever team/developer to investigate this.
