My passowrd does not work now to login so I can delete spam etc.

  • For some reason I can our website will not accept our password so we can login and remove the spam etc. It worked fine until yesterday afternoon. We can’t even get a new password sent to our email address which we have tried 3 or 4 times now. Help!!! We need to get in there to make some changes to our website.

  • Is your site otherwise accessible to the public? Have you checked for any issues with your host? Go into the database and make sure you are using the right email address/login name.
