My Paypal doesn’t receive money

  • Hello guys,

    i’m brazilian and i’m graphic and web designer, i’m developing a site for a client and she asked me for a e-commerce, and i said ”okay, no problem, i can do it”

    After developing all the site, i went to set up some stuf in the paypal payment settings like the API’s and everything, and it was all okay! But, what happened? Someone tried to buy the product and it went fine and she started paying! But we don’t received any money!

    Please, i need some help, i tried to found the error but i didn’t find it!

    Hi @mfonsecacorbo,

    I’m sorry but I’m getting little bit confused here. Are you getting money on site but not your PayPal account by your client or what? Where excatly you are not getting the money? Also, I dont see our plugin active on the site. Can you double check and enabled the respective PayPal payment options please.
