My personal account has expired, but I cannot delete it and generate a new one.

    Hi. My personal account has expired, but I cannot delete it and generate a new one. I click on the trash can icon, but it does nothing. The “add personal account” and “add business account” buttons are disabled. In the personal account it always appears in the profile field as “loading”. Please can you help me to activate the personal account again. The installed version is Version 4.2.6
