My plugin generates pages that get Page not found

Thanks for all your great work on this plugin!

I just installed https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/subscribe-to-comments-reloaded/

I disabled the plugin site wide, and just enabled it on the 2 pages where it’s needed.

It works fine ON THE PAGES it is enabled on. However, part of the plugin’s functionality is to add links to these pages, that link out to a virtual management page that it generates. With Plugin Organizer disabling the plugin site wide, the links lead to a Page Not Found.

I’m actually NOT using this option, I’m using the virtual management page option. But this shows some screen shots and instructions that might be useful to understand what’s going on…
