My plugins are being updated automatically

I’ve not gotten these emails from wordpress before but my plugins are being automatically updated whereas I’ve always updated plugins manually. I want to go back to manual updating of my plugins. Below I copied and pasted the email I received informing me of updated plugins. Thanks for your help
