    Hi. This is probably not a big issue. I just created my first pop-up and I noticed that when it’s on my site, it doesn’t come with that feature that darkens the rest of the site except the pop-up. It comes with it in the preview but when on the site it just layers on the site content. This reduces the effect of the pop-up and looks annoying. I don’t know if it’s a setting I’m missing or something

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @deyva ,

    I’ve checked your popup and noticed that the screen background was not properly set, here is how to edit the screen overlay color and its opacity/transparency for your popup:

    1. From your MyPopUps Dashboard select the popup you want to edit;
    2. Click on the screen area outside the popup, and from the menu select Background;
    3. Here you will have the option to select the overlay color AND its opacity (the second slider or as numerical input). This is not to be confused with other opacity setting that applies only for images, located in the root Background menu item.

    Kind regards
