My post is published, but when I click on its link, it says "Not Found"

I don’t know what to do…I looked through all of the other posts on this similar issue and tried all of the fixes; i.e. updating the permalink, deactivating the plug-ins, updating the version of WP, etc. and yet the link to the new post still does not work. I also tried another new ‘test’ post to see if it was just the one and that did not work either. All of my previous posts are fine, but it seems any new ones will not be. I need help ??

What can I do to fix this?
