My post shows up on the main page but not on the post page

  • I just installed wordpress, etc. I wrote a post. I went to preview it. It wasn’t showing up on the page. When I got to the main page, however, it’s there.

    Any ideas?

  • Have you checked the single.php file to make sure it includes
    <?php if (have_posts()) : ?><?php while (have_posts()) : the_post(); ?> ?
