    WordPress Version – 4.5.3
WP to Buffer Version – 3.0.2

My posts are not pushing to Buffer.

It has been working fine up until yesterday.

I’ve re-registered the app four times now, following the instructions sgravitt1 posted on this thread: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/post-says-added-to-buffer-but-not-there?replies=4

In one of those attempts, I created a new Registered App in Buffer. I’ve deleted that one now.

    Still nothing.

I’ve tried on several posts, no change.

My settings include publishing new posts and updates. I’ve double checked those every time.

All I get is the fail box at the top of the page, with it’s mysterious red vertical bar on the left and absolutely no information.

The only change on my end was a plugin installation (W3 Total Cache), which went fine, but made more problems for me than it solved. I switched all of the options off, and deactivated that plugin.

I did get one post sent to Buffer after that, but no other posts are pushing through now.

I have even rebooted my computer, in case it was something in my cache. No change.

    Any advice is appreciated.

In an act of sheer frustration, I have deleted the existing Buffer Application, created a new one, and re-linked WP to Buffer.

I’m still up a creek without a paddle.

And I tried downgrading WP to Buffer to version 3.0.1, and re-authenticating.

    No change.

    Zach,

I acknowledge receipt of your email.

Per our readme, support for our free product is solely provided through these forums. Customers of our Premium product have access to support by email.

Turning to the issue in question, it’s clear that introducing (and then removing W3 Total Cache) has resulted in a configuration change within WordPress that has rendered our plugin unsuitable.

I cannot begin to advise what that configuration change would be (how long is a piece of string), and therefore suggest the following:

    1. Enable debugging in WordPress – see how to do this at https://www.wpcube.co.uk/support
    2. Retest, make a note of the precise steps you’re taking, what happens, what you expect to see. Include any error messages that appear
    3. If the above doesn’t resolve, setup a clean installation without W3 Total Cache on a new subfolder / subdomain.
    4. Retest, make a note of the precise steps you’re taking, what happens, what you expect to see. Include any error messages that appear

At some point in the above process you’ll either find the cause of the problem or the solution.

Feel free to post back here with the results, and we’ll go from there.

I am in the same situation, as the person above and I am on version Version 3.2.8 |…

    Nothing works,

Logs are empty with only this : “”

I will create a separate thread for that, since I do not have WP3 Cache.
