My post’s image doesnt’ show up

    Hi!

    I try to implement the post’s featured image in my mailchimp newsletter (RSS to email campaign), but it doesn’t show up.

    This is the code I use:

    *|FEEDBLOCK:https://xxxxxx.com/?feed=rss2|*
    *|RSSITEMS:|*
    *|RSS:RECENT1|*
    *|RSSITEM:IMAGE|*
    *|END:RSSITEMS|* *|END:FEEDBLOCK|*

    The image shows up when I use *|RSSITEM:CONTENT|*, but I prefer only using the image (with link, if possible).

    Do you have any suggestions on how to make the code above better/work with image?
    What I want is
    1) the post’s name (link)
    2) the image (link)
    3) the excerpt

    Hi there,

    Sending actual campaigns or using the WordPress RSS feed is way outside the scope of this plugin. I think the guys over at MailChimp support or the general WordPress support forums will be able to help you a lot better than I can.

    This is a long shot but are you RSS images actual WordPress features images?

    I don’t think I know how to answer that question correctly. Sorry. What makes a WP feature image a WP feature image?
