My pro account is not recognized anymore

    I upgraded to 4.9. I then went to upgrade plugins. The free version of the plugin upgraded fine.

    The Pro license I have is popping up a warning requesting that I log in:

    Access to plugin updates (MetaSlider – Pro Add-on Pack)
    Please enter your customer login to access updates for MetaSlider – Pro Add-on Pack:
    Automatically update as soon as an update becomes available (N.B. other plugins can over-ride this setting).

    No credentials work. I then went to the MetaSlider website, and it states that my email address is not recognized in the system at all. I’ve been a pro user since 2014, and can supply my invoice number, etc.

    MetaSlider is is at version 3.6.3. The Pro add on is at 2.7.1. The Lightbox is at 1.9.1.
