    Hello,

    I would need some help please.

    I cannot update my product page, update button is not working. I am using woocommerce multicurrency and I cannot save changes.

    I tried not using it, but still cannot update changes at all. I cleared the cache a couple of times. I used Plugin Detective plugin, but I did not find the reason why I cannot update my page. I can save changes in Quick Edit, but there I cannot change the multicurrency.

    All my other pages work fine and can be updated. Only the product page is not updating. I tried to deactivate and activate all the plugins, but it did not help.

    Please advise what should I do.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that you are unable to edit a product, as the update button is not working as expected, is that correct?

    For clarity, when you say the button is not working, do you mean that the button does nothing once clicked, or do you encounter an error after clicking the update button? What exactly is happening on your end?

    Also, if I understand correctly, you are using the WooCommerce Multi-Currency extension, yes?

    Does this behavior occur only when the WooCommerce Multi-Currency extension is enabled, or does it resolve once this extension is disabled?

    Additionally, please can you share a copy of the following in order for us to have a better understanding of your sites current environment:

    • System Status Report: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.
    • Console errors: Please can you check for any errors in the browser console when viewing the Product edit page, and share these (if any).

    Once you have these, please share them in your response here.
