My product page shows only 4 stars rating how should I make it 5 star

    width: 100px;

As mentioned above, the CSS on your site (specifically your theme CSS) is causing the “stars” width to be too small. You can either set it manually, as above, or you can just set it to auto like this:

.stars {
	width: auto;
}

The customer review option works fine on my lap top but if someone tries to review my products by mobile the review option disappears
