My profile on www.ads-software.com is broken or missing

I created this account on www.ads-software.com to submit my first plugin to www.ads-software.com – which I did successfully at https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/ace-edit/ – but I am wondering, why there is no information about the author showing up.

When I click on my name in the upper right in www.ads-software.com, I should be taken to my profile page. But the page I’m taken to is empty or broken: https://profiles.www.ads-software.com/wp-lab

This broken page is what I see, when I click on my name in the upper right corner on www.ads-software.com. It seems like a bug… and I hope, someone can at least tell me, where I should report this bug.
