My publish button has vanished and now shows Submit For Review. Help

Hello,

I went into my blog to publish a new blog post and for some reason it now says Submit For Review? I’m logging in with the same info I always do. What has happened and how do I get my publish button back. Please keep in mind I have no clue how to use databases and mysql and all that stuff. So I would need a walkthrough.

I’m with 1and1.com for my hosting. I can’t publish anything and really could use some help to fix this odd problem. Thanks in advance.
