my quotes don't go random

    I am sorry that I haven’t responded sooner. Normally, when using a widget, if you select which category the plugin will display one randomly on each page load. Unfortunately, since you have already changed plugins, there isn’t a way to debug your issue to know for sure what may have been causing the issue.
