• Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can help me with a technical issue I’m having right now with my WordPress blog. I can access my site just fine (even when I’m not logged in), but several of my readers said that they couldn’t access my latest blog posts because of a 403 error. According to one of the forum threads I read on www.ads-software.com, site files should have 644 permissions and site folders should have 755 permissions. I checked my files and folders via FileZilla to see if they had those permissions and then informed my readers afterwards that my site was now running. One said that she can already access my site. Another said that there was still an error.

I wonder how I could fix this? I can access my .htaccess file via FileZilla but I really don’t know what to look for. I have a hard time contacting GoDaddy (got their Managed WordPress package) because I am not able to call their toll-free number and they don’t have a customer support email address. It’s a bit upsetting to have this sort of technical problem especially since I’m holding a raffle this month in my blog. I’m not very technical.

    Thanks a lot!
