My replaced images are not showing on front end

I tried updating images on that page: https://www.instent.com/counter-bar/quick-n-fit-counter/
But it doesn’t show the update on front end. However when I go to teh URl of the image, the image has been correctly updated: https://www.instent.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/Counter.png
I tried with few other images and same thing.

I updated plugin, I cleared my cache, I asked my host to check file permissions and clear all the cache, but it didn’t help.
