My reviews page is deleted

    Hi,

    I’m having a bad experience with the plugin, my reviews page was deleted and all my 330 verified reviews also… without any announcement or prior warning! Is the new policy of this plugin? (Cust Reviews): YOU PAY THE LICENSE PRO OR YOU RELEASE…

    I tried to create a ticket to ask about what happened, they clearly said that if I don’t have the pro license, I should write a post here.

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

    We do not delete reviews from CusRev.com. You could disable your review pages on CusRev.com yourself by mistake. To check it, can you please share a screenshot of the ‘Trust Badges’ tab in the plugin’s settings?

    Unfortunately, we cannot provide free support via emails or tickets. However, you are welcome to use this community forum to receive free support from us and other fellow users of the plugin.

    We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If you still require any help, please start a new forum topic.

    Sorry for my late reply, I was busy with some issues with my website… It’s better now I can see my cusreview page
