My RSS Feed shows the thumbnail image, above the original post image.

When I want to publish a post. I insert an image with the body text of the post, plus the thumbnail image.
So today I noticed that my RSS Feed of my blog duplicate images; the thumbnail image on the top and under it the original image of the post!
Is it possible to block the thumbnail images from displaying on my RSS Feed? I want only what I inserted on the body text to displayed.
I will be thankful for your help.
