that is the screenshot..
I fill the score then press update button.
the result is suddenly the score is gone (empty)

@hendranatas as a quick research try to disable other plugins and check when it will start to work.

Also pls try to create some test with 1 question/answer.

Another possible source of problmes is theme — try to switch to some standard theme and check 1 more time.

I already tried to disable all the plugin except wp-testing.. and switch to another theme..
the result is still the same..

Ok.. then I can provide you paid-support-with-money-back-if-bug. My hypothesis here is that you have some combination of something (may be some server settings and/or settings+some plugins + something other) and this just brokes everything.

I have created a new wordpress. (fresh one)
and install wp-testing..

viola.. problem still the same..

I guess there is a bug in that plugin. not really sure if the problem is server side.

@hendranatas, ok if you are sure, that bug is inside plugin and not in your concrete settings, then let’s try those “paid-support-with-money-back-if-bug”?

I’m not interested in your money if it will be really bug. But I’m not interested to solve your concrete problem for free when there will be no bug in this plugin.

My guess is that your concrete install and/or server has some tricky settings combination, that breaks all.

You not changed your PHP version, but just resetted your PHP settings when going to new version.

Now you just “hide” this issue ))

Love your plug-in – tested it on localhost a few months ago and it worked nicely. Now, online, it’s not working that great.

I have tried your solution for updating scores also, and it does not work. Using WP 4.4.2 and the twenty fifteen theme, no other plugins, just to see how it goes. This is on a sub domain of the website.

On the main website, it is impossible to activate the plugin. I get the message in quotes. I have deactivated all other plugins, switched to standard theme (twenty sixteen) and still no luck.

So, I actually have 2 issues:
1. Cannot activate plugin on main site
2. When activated on sub domain – cannot update scores (even if the changes you suggested were made)

What do you advice?
