• I am running my site from a 27 inch screen with a 1920 x 1080 resolution. The theme I am using is Cobian Grid.

A couple of days ago, on visiting my site, I noticed that the screen resolution had changed although everything else in my browser (Chrome) was fine. When I entered the admin to edit a post, I noticed that the available area for editing had considerably reduced. I don’t know why as I had not made any alterations to plugins at all.

Yesterday, the available edit space became even smaller and today, only about half the page was available for editing, the rest was taken up by the editing side bar on the right and the admin menu on the left. I am finding it very difficult to resize pictures because there is insufficient space to drag them out.

I phoned a friend and he tells me that he can see no problems for the site on his computer. The right amount of background was there and the actual Cobian Grid layout was fine. The same was appropriate for individual articles.

It seems that the problem is on my computer alone. Can anyone help?

Did you zoom your browser? Try CTRL and -

    Thank you Steve,
that did the trick though I am surprised that only the website was affected as the rest of my Chrome pages were fine.

I was not aware of the zoom facility but I shall bear it in mind if it should occur again.

Thanks. This has been driving me batty trying to figure out what I had done. All fixed now.
