My SEO All In One is not tracking in Google Analytics

I have the WP plugin SEO All In One installed and it is configured the same way as another WP that I”m running. (I did not configure either though). The analytics for the one site is not tracking but the other site the analytics is tracking and I’m wondering where I might look to determine the issue.
