    Good morning everyone,

On my website when my shop page has graphic bugs only when I set it as a shop page in the woocommerce settings. I have already cleared the cache of my browser and my hosting several times. I also tried to deactivate some plugins because maybe some were in conflict with woocommerce but that’s not the case

    Could you help me please?

    Thank you very much,

    Matteo

    Hi there Matteo@matteoinnocenti,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you are facing with your sop page. You mentioned disabling some of the plugins, could you kindly disable all of your plugins and have WooCommerce as the only active plugin and confirm if the issue persists? If the issue is resolved, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the conflict.

However, if the issue persists, try switching to a default WordPress theme (like Storefront) temporarily.

Let us know how it goes.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Good morning,

I’m very sorry, but I was unable to respond. I have disabled all plugins except Elementor, Elementor PRO and woocommerce, but the problem persists. I also tried changing the theme to storefront as you suggested, but the problem still remains.

    What can I do?

I have already tried several times to clear the cache of both my browser and the hosting.

    Thanks

    Matteo

    Hi @matteoinnocenti

The issue you’re encountering seems to be related to your theme or page builder. The style you’re aiming for isn’t the default shop page style. WooCommerce, by default, only shows products on the shop archive page.

To fix this, you can create an empty page, perhaps named “My Shop,” and set it as your shop page.

I hope this helps! Please let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance.
