Hello Frigameelj,
Thank you for writing to us.
We have tested the plugin’s latest version thoroughly and no such issue was detected.
It seems like the issue is specific to your site environment, where one of the existing plugins or theme on the site could be conflicting with ProfileGrid. If feasible, could you please check again after deactivating all other plugins on the site, except for ProfileGrid? You can then check again by changing the theme on your site.
If the issue is still occurring, we will require access details for your site to get a better analysis and help deliver you quick solution. You can share the details with us securely by submitting a support ticket through our support portal here: https://profilegrid.co/contact-us/
Once done, we will let you know the next steps on how to proceed further. Alternatively, you can provide us your email address and we will raise a support ticket ourselves to contact you privately.
In case the issue is resolved after deactivating all other plugins, you’ll have to find which plugin is conflicting with ProfileGrid and keep it deactivated. You can check this by activating the plugins one by one and recreating the issue in ProfileGrid with each activation
