My sidebar only showing in footer on everything

Hello,

On every single theme that I use, my sidebar is pushed to the footer. (In addition, the last post displaying the page is showed wider like it’s a footer.)

Again, this happens regardless of it I’m using Twenty-Fourteen, another free theme from WP themes or the purchased Genesis Framework from StudioPress.

When I view a single post, the sidebar shows up like regular, but it’s only when I’m on the main feed.

I have disabled all my plugins. Deleted all my widgets to maybe start again with new widgets and coding. Spammed all the spam comments. Re-installed WordPress. I’m starting to get desperate and have temporarily put my blog on hiatus until I get this fixed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
