My sign ups are not going through

    Hi!
    I downloaded your fab plugin and have input my API key from GetResponse. I’ve had 2 sign ups which are visiable on the dashboard but they are not going through the my GetRepsonse account and triggering my automation.
    My website is https://www.jasminemjmbye.co.uk. The forms were easy to create, look great and even show up on my mobile site which the GetResponse Beta forms didn’t, so your forms have started well but are now faltering so I cannot give you the 5 star rating I was planning to.
    Please help. Is there something I’m missing.

    Hi Jasmine,
    For each signup customers are sent a confirmation email to be added to your Mailing list after clicking the confirmation link in the email.

    Mine aren’t going through either. Tested it and I am not getting a confirmation email. Am I missing something?

    Hi,

    If you are using only the email field in your form, can you try using both the Name and Email field to see if this helps?

    It doesn’t work for me, either.

    With or without name field, I can’t even get the confirmation email.

    API and lists are all setup properly.
