My site crash when I comment something

  • Hi All ,
    I have this problem and don’t know how to fix it.

    When I comment something on my webpage it crash and return me this:

    https://mysite.com//category#comment-28

    I saw that I have two slashes before the category and there is the problem, but I don’t know how to fix that.

    Sorry for the stupid question but I am new on this.

    To troubleshoot, try:

    – switching to the unedited default, core-bundled Theme for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue.
    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems (because the hooks remain unless plugins completely removed or some plugins stick around in cached files. So by renaming the folder, you break them and force them inactive).

    Also pasting in the link to the live site would help for debugging, as well.
