My site crashed after importing, I can't login now

  • Hi,

    After importing the site there’s a message that says I have to change Permalinks, I clicked on the link and it asked me for my password but it won’t let me in. Now it won’t even let me see the site nor login to the dashboard. It even asks for a password to see the site. I tried “lost my password” and it takes me to another page where it asks me for a password.

    I don’t get it, everyone says this plugin is great, so what happened? How do I fix this?

    Are you using your username/password from export site?
    What is your site URL?

    Just to keep track on the issue can you use report issue button inside the plugin. Thanks
