My site doesn't display Title and description on Home Page

Hello,
My wordpress site doesn’t display site title and description on the home page of my site. The site is krapwear.com It was designed for a client. Please note that The Title and Description (Page Title) displays on other pages other than the Home Page.

I have gone to Setting>General Settings> and added the Site title and description but all to no avail.

Please Help me out on how to fix this issue.
