Hi, I’m really impressed by the Gridsby style that has a full page gallery, it’s so unbelievably nice that of course I can’t just have it by selecting it as my theme. Whenever I try to use the theme it just looks like a default vertical post layout. I followed the tutorial on YT and set it to ‘Static Page’ with a ‘Home Page’ template page and that made it slightly better with at least a grid layout, but the images are darkened and there’s text all over them and it only shows three of my posts even though I have the ‘Blog pages show at most’ set to 99 in Dashboard>Settings>Reading.

Can someone please just give me a step by step tutorial and how I get my site to look exactly like what is shown in the theme preview. Please!

How do I create a ‘Fullwidth Gallery Page’ that sounds like what I want.

nvm, I figured it out. You follow the instructions in the YT vid. But in order for the posts to show up like a gallery you have to set them from ‘Standard’ to ‘Image’ format in each individual post’s edit mode. And also to set the thumbnail image: upload something to the ‘Featured Image’ section.

Now that I finally figured it out, it looks awesome! The page navigation is really responsive are pristine too. It’s so damn good :’)
