    I installed iThemes Security plugin that many people advised to have. It looked like it was fine – secutity features and changing wp-admin page… but after 30 days of using it I (and all my visitors) got white screen on my site and nothing else! I was able to enter my WP Admin Console, first I tried to update iThemes Security Plugin, but as there was no response for a while I tried to deactivate iThemes Plugin, then the worst thing happened – now I can’t even log into my WP Admin console( everything is just went down…
    can you advise please what should I do?
    I am not the only person who has a white screen after 30 days of using iThemes Security plugin.

    Thank you for opening a seperate topic for your issue.

    I will repeat what I said before:

    The iTSec plugin does NOT make your website turn blank after using it for 30 days.

    It may seem so to you but that is just perception.
    There is simply a different reason why your website turned blank.

    Try and enable WP debugging in your wp-config.php file. Change the
    existing WP_DEBUG line and make it look like this:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    Then access your website and\or WP Dashboard. Hopefully an error msg will be displayed which might help us find the cause of your problem.

    Long time user of the plugin here (Been using it since the Better-WP-Security days).

    Regarding your issue. IF the page is white but doesn’t show the word error then I recommend you take a look at the websites error log.

    When you setup iThemes security,
    1. Did you use the “hid the backend” feature?
    2. Did you enable the “Database Backup” feature?
    3. Did you enable the SSL feature?
    4. What System Tweaks did you enable?
    5. Did you change anything in the advanced section?

    Definately worth checking the webserver error_log for any errors …

    guys, the main problem was too much spam in public-web hosting of my provider! sorry for troubling iThemes!
