My site has gone crazy! HEELLPPP!!

  • Hi all, i loaded my website this morning an noticed its all over the place. Like this:

    https://www.innerwestpropertyinspections.com.au/

    As you can imagine, not great for business.

    Thinking it was a plugin problem i deactivated all plugins, no chnage. So i activated them again and still the same.

    Can someone advise why this happens and possibly how i can get my site normal again.

  • We need to know more about that you think is ‘crazy’. We do not know what you intended or did not. Please be more detailed.

    That said, looks like you have CloudFlare running. If you did not set that up, your host may have – when making site changes you need to flush the server cache and CloudFlare also.

    Disable the plugin autoptimize and any other caching, including Cloudflare, you have going. If that restores things, then turn things back on one at a time until you find what’s breaking your site.

    Is the theme upto date?
    Have you tried reinstalling the theme files to see if that helps?
    Disable Autoptimize plugin too as this could be a cause.

    Its divi theme. And what i mean by crazy is its all over the place.

    I know Cloudflare has been running for a few weeks and this just happened today.

    OK, well at least we know that wasn’t it.

    On the Cloudflare side, set it to passthru mode so we can rule out Cloudflare.
