Connections Toolbar is a very simple plugin which does not make any queries, or use any queries to function … you’ll notice that error is coming from a WordPress file … the source of the error could come from a plugin, just very unlikely this plugin. But…

To eliminate this plugin as the cause you’ll have to delete it manually.

You need to login to your site using FTP.

After logged into the site, navigate to this folder:
    ../wp-content/plugins/

    Now delete the connections-toolbar folder.

Deleting it removes it from your site.

Sorry, not a clue. The plugin simply simply hooks into the admin bar to show a new menu so I do not see how it possible could cause such an error.
