My site has htmls, and I just installed wp. Should I worry?

Hi,

My site has dozens of hand-coded html files, and now I’ve just installed wp. Do you envision any problems? Is there special considerations to take here?
BTW I have to keep the html files where they are, since they generate a lot of search engine traffic.

Here’s the structure: htmls are in two folders in root. My wp is installed to a third folder in root. I’m currently reading up on how to code a separate page to use as my site entrance.
