My Site has loading issues

My issue is that my web site often has loading problems.

My site is https://www.thetvaddict.com

Either it won’t load at all, or images are missing. I often find I’m getting this error:

“Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.”

Now, the first thing you should know is that I use godaddy (looking to switch hosts but very nervous about messing everything up)

That said, I called godaddy, and they said I’m only allowed 100 connections to the database at at time (according to my hosting plan).

Not wanting to spring for a very expensive virtual server yet. THey suggested I change the way I link files, make them direct links, not always calling to my site (ie. https://www.thetvaddict.com/blogpics/image.jpg”)

So I tried using the wordpress photo upload (which I generally don’t use)

It automatically links to my images like this (https://thetvaddict.com/wp-admin/upload.php?style=inline&tab=browse-all&post_id=2323&_wpnonce=13afa786f3&ID=2050&action=view&paged)

Is that the same way in which I”m linking images.. or does removing the ‘www’ make connections more effecient.

Any suggestions you can give for streamlining my site I would be so appreciative of.
