    Hi,

Would appreciate help on this very much as I have struggled with this for some time.

Sometime ago, my wordpress wootheme suddenly stopped being responsive. The large images were getting stretched. I have tried many things and failed to fix it. Temporarily, I downsized almost every photo to a maximum of 450 height or width. However, on small computer monitors or small phones, this is still too large and will cause image squish/stretch.

Your help would be greatly appreciated. The following is a product page where I haven’t downsized the images to 450 maxheight/width yet, to demonstrate the problem I am having.

    Any help appreciated

If you use a commercial theme and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
