    That’s unfortunate to hear ??

    The downside is there may not be much you can do without access to the site or hosting information. I’m guessing you don’t have SFTP information either?

    I was able to log in and edit and adjust what i needed to for the past year or so. I am not sure what SFTP is?

    The hose site is Site 5.

    You may want to reach out to them if you haven’t already about maybe getting SFTP information or seeing error logs.

    As mentioned, you will need ‘file’ access to sort this out.

    This means either a hosting control panel, FTP, SFTP or SSH.

    You will need to raise a support ticket with your host to get access ( or find out how to use access that you may already have )

    Once you have file access – you can set your site into debug mode – see

    once you have the error message you will be closer to a solution.
