• Hi all,

Thanks in advance for your help. My website https://www.pumpyourbump.com is broken and I can’t even get into the backend of the site to fix it. I’m totally flummoxed about what to do.

Here’s what it says on my site when I try to get to it:

Warning: require(__DIR__/vendor/autoload_52.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home1/pumpyou2/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mojo-marketplace-wp-plugin/mojo-marketplace.php on line 25

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘__DIR__/vendor/autoload_52.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php’) in /home1/pumpyou2/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mojo-marketplace-wp-plugin/mojo-marketplace.php on line 25

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_user_logged_in() in /home1/pumpyou2/public_html/wp-content/mu-plugins/endurance-page-cache.php on line 721

And the wordpress backend won’t even load. There’s just a blank white screen.

It seems like the mojo marketplace is having an issue (I don’t even use it.) I’m not a programmer but can figure stuff out if I have direction, but all the tools are trapped in the wordpress site builder and I can’t get to that!

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thank you!

    Christina

  • Hey, Christina. Your problem doesn’t seem to be related to the Gutenberg plugin, therefore this was not the right place to post your question.

To regain access to your website’s backend, I would use FTP (or your host’s file manager) to change the name of the folder where that plugin is stored. That will deactivate it and allow you get back into the admin panel.

It seems there was some bad plugin that you activated… Access your plugins folder from cpanel and first rename “mojo-marketplace-wp-plugin” to anything else like put zero before its name… refresh your website. If still doesn’t work try changing every plugin’s name one by one…
