My site is down

My site https://www.estherspinkstars.com is not working. Monday when I went to open it I got the WP white screen of death. I disabled the plugins and got a black screen like the site was going to come up but nothing. At that time I could get into the dashboard and updated it to 3.3.1. After doing that I still couldn’t see the original site. I tried to update the theme but that led me back to the WP white screen of death. I was finally able to go to the default theme but I still can’t get into the dashboard. I contacted the server and they don’t know what’s wrong. And the theme developer say its a WP problem. Any idea what I need to do next to fix this site. If you need the login I can provide that. Thanks!
