My site is down and the Pro Version is the reason?

    well my site is down and i have a big error

    Hi @deeken,

    It looks like you might have multiple versions of the plugin enabled on this site, whereby one of them might still be at an ‘older’ version; resulting in the described error message appearing on your site.

    Could you check whether this might be the case for you?

    I would try de-activating any versions of the plugin that you currently have installed (e.g., by renaming their folders in the /wp-content/plugins/ directory via FTP or a File Manager tool in your Hosting Control Panel). De-activating all versions of the plugin should allow you to access the site again.

    Then obtaining the latest version of the Pro plugin from your Account -> Downloads on really-simple-ssl.com/account/ and install it as a new plugin on your website; which should now work without issues, as you only have one version of the plugin installed (the latest available version).

    plugin ssl not work on php 8.1 version ??

    Hi @soltane7posh,

    The plugin has also been tested with PHP 8.1, and should work fine on environments using this PHP version.

    Though if you continue to experience issues with the plugin on PHP 8.1, we kindly request that you open your own thread on the Really Simple Security Support Forums and share the related errors that are being logged; so that we may look into your report.
