My Site is down… maybe hacked?

How do you think so?

Have you checked with your hosting company or looked at your server files – there does not seem to be any sign of WP at that domain name.

Does anyone know how to actually work with technical support at WordPress?

Here is the answer: By answering questions and providing enough information to the volunteers who try to help you. Please look at your post. There is no description of the problem or how your site went down.

Krishna: When https://www.thevimdicta.com is clicked, instead of the site appearing, a blank white page shows save for this in text in the upper left corner:

That’s all I know.

I will call the Hosting company and see if they can track down what

it is

It is hacked?

WPyogi: That’s what I think… but I suppose the Hosting company should be able to fixed the problem unless the site’s contents were somehow corrupted or destroyed… IDK… I’m not a sysop…

Can’t work on this with the host right now…

OK… I checked with the hosting company and they don’t see any problem with the DNS on their end. Since WP is hosting the site, it seems clear that it’s on their end.

Is there NO ACTUAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT at WP???

Is your site on WordPress.COM? Otherwise, www.ads-software.com is not hosting your site.

RobinInTexas: It is definitely NOT hosted at GoDaddy… the DNS is registered through them, but they are not hosting.
