My site is not working with the 4.4 update.

  • My site is stuck on the loading screen after update 4.4.

    I just had my web hose switch my site back to the update before 4.4 and it works fine, however, every time it updates to 4.4, it gets stuck on the loading screen.

    Now that it’s no longer updated, WordPress won’t let me do anything on my dashboard unless I update to 4.4. How can I overcome this?

  • Hey,

    Why don’t you update it first? and then try accessing it? If not, try switching to default theme and see if you can able to access your site first? If yes means, then it has to do something with your theme.

    I did update it, and that’s when it stopped working.

    When my host reverts the update, that is when it works again.

    It automatically updated about an hour and a half ago, and now my site is not working again.

    I want to be able to use the theme I have. I don’t want some other theme.

    This isn’t fair that my site was working fine, and then WordPress forces me to have the update, and now it won’t go past loading.
