My site is redirecting to another site

    Hello,

    I’m using Jupiter theme, my site is studiopixel.in redirecting to this website [removed]

    I’ve done all the necessary actions but no result was found to me ?? :'(

    What should i do now??? i’ve contacted my hosting provider but the support is not much responsible

    They would had to of gained access to your server, either by gaining access to your hosting account, FTP, or an already-uploaded compromised theme/plugin file.

    what is compromised theme?? i’m using jupiter worpress theme…

    You theme, plugin, or core files could have been compromised in a way that allowed the attacker to gain access.

    Or, the attacker already had access.

    What I mean is, there is no single one way this could have happened. There are many ways.

    You may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

    I too had my website hacked and redirected to [removed].
    I found that they had added their hack in the index.php which is in the clickandbuilds/yourproject.

    I replaced the index.php with the standard WP version and all was good. I’ve since changed all my passwords for WordPress and my Hosintg FTP SSL.
