My Site no longer recognizes my login

There is no “WordPress” for you to contact. WordPress is free software and this free, volunteer-staffed forum is the only support resource available via www.ads-software.com. Asking us for the login and password to your site is like asking Microsoft to give you the password to your laptop. We don’t have it and have no access to it.

Maybe I wasn’t clear, I’m not asking for someone to give me my password(never even said that). My wp-admin/wp-login is no longer recognizing my credentials that I regularly use to login to my dashboard. When I do request a password reset, it doesn’t recognize my email that I’ve always used to login. Nonetheless, I will check out the links you provided.

I am having the exact same issue and am getting ready to drop Hostgator and wordpress due to lack of support. Were you ever able to recover your account?

Unfortunately no, I had to move my domain to GitHub and set up a page there in the meantime. Still trying to figure my next steps but I probably won’t be using WordPress again.
