My site ttle and description is wordpress install?

  • I just completed building my website this past weekend. I went to share it on my social networks and the title and description is the wordpress install. It says “WordPress Install” in the title..the description is “WordPress famous five minute install” and about a paragraph of content. I changed my title and description over a week ago, I am using yoast and I have looked everywhere and cant find anything. Its been like this since I first started the page and is not something that just happened. please help. Thanks
